If you have arranged for your vehicle to be collected at the end of your rental period, please note that collection will take place within eight working hours from the specified date and time provided to us. This may differ from the date and time shown on your Rental Agreement.

To ensure a smooth collection process, please park the vehicle in a safe and accessible location at the agreed collection address. The vehicle must remain in this location for up to eight working hours from the off-hire date and time, without risk of incurring parking fines, towing, clamping, or compound charges. Any costs incurred due to non-compliance will be charged to you.

If we are unable to collect the vehicle within the allocated eight working hours, the responsible rental location will contact you to advise and arrange an alternative collection.
