The call handler will complete an accident report with you. Please provide all details of the accident/incident including:

The call handler will also arrange the recovery of the car if necessary. If a replacement vehicle is required, upon approval, the call handler will pass the replacement vehicle request to the relevant rental station to arrange directly with you as a matter of priority.

Please note: To get you back on the road as quickly as possible, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement car matching your original rental car.

The Europcar First Call Assist telephone number and the Europcar vehicle registration number can also be given to the third party.

In the event of a third party claim being received you may be contacted by a claim handler if further information is required. It is a requirement of our insurance policy that full cooperation is provided.
