Returning during Opening Hours

Please allow sufficient time for your vehicle to be checked and to receive your Statement of Return, ensuring peace of mind before continuing your onward journey.

Refuelling on Return

• If you did not select our Full Tank Option, the most cost-effective choice is to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
• Alternatively, Europcar can refuel the vehicle for you at our standard per-litre refuelling rate plus a fixed surcharge. See the Tariff Guide for details.
• Note: This excludes 100% electric vehicles.

Running Late?

Your rental period is based on 24-hour cycles from the date and time stated on your Rental Agreement. A 29-minute grace period is allowed at the end of your rental. After this, you will incur additional charges.

Need to Extend your Rental?

If you wish to extend your rental, please provide at least two working hours’ notice:

• For bookings made directly with Europcar please contact us on 0371 384 0125.
• If you did not book directly with Europcar, please contact the company or person who made your reservation.
